    Through texting, tweeting, and messaging, we are given the ability to copy, edit, and delete, allowing us to polish or refine what we want to say. We use phrases like “I’d rather text than talk” or “I don’t know, having a conversation is just hard”. The reasoning is simply because conversation…

    That is such a good point because everyone talks about social media making society less social and unable to have true conversations, but no one talks about that further. The fact that conversations are in real-time, makes it more difficult to control what we say and think about. “Real-time” consequences is a great way to put it.
